Pressure Reducing Valve Invoices (AUG. 14)

An amendment to Warrington Township’s Cooperative Agreement (CA) with the Air National Guard (ANG) to increase the scope of work to be performed by the Township as a result of additional public wells being taken offline in May 2016 in conjunction with the release of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new combined lifetime Health Advisory Level (HAL) for PFOA/PFOS was recently executed. This amendment allows the Township to submit invoices for reimbursement to the ANG for the newly established scope of work. At this time, the Township will be receiving and reviewing invoices for work done by a certified plumber to install Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV) at properties that were affected by increased water pressure in summer 2016. Please submit copies of these invoices to the Township via mail or email (cjones@warringtontownship.org) for consideration. It is important to note that reimbursement will only be provided for work performed to install PRVs at properties that were affected by increased water pressure in summer 2016. If you have questions, please contact Christian R. Jones, Director of Water and Sewer/Assistant to the Manager at 215-343-1800 or via email at the address indicated above.
