Inspections:
Inspections can be scheduled Monday - Friday between 8:30am and 4:30 pm by calling the Building Department at 215-997-7501. Note: Inspections must be made 2-4 days in advance of needed inspection.


Status Calls:
Status Calls can be made Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 9:30am and 3:30pm - 4:30pm. (For commercial projects, please dedicate one person only per project to inquire on the status of permits).

 


2009 Building Code:  

The following information was presented to the Warrington Township Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 by the Building Department and the Department of Fire Inspections and Emergency Services. The presentation featured some changes made to the 2009 Building code, which the Warrington Township Building Department is currently following. Reminder to all Residential and Business Property  Owners:

Use and Occupancy Certificates must be obtained from the Department of Fire, Inspections and Emergency Services prior to making settlement or occupying a commercial or residential unit. Applications are available on the Township website under forms . For further questions or to schedule an inspection, please contact Karen at (215) 997-7501. Note: the application and fee must be submitted prior to scheduling the inspection.
