The Board of Supervisors declared Warrington Township in a Disaster Emergency at their special meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 12:00pm. The disaster emergency is due to the threat that the COVID-19 may spread.
In the interest of health, safety and welfare of residents of the Township and its employees all Township Board of Supervisors, Zoning Hearing Board and Committee meetings are suspended with the exception that the Board of Supervisors meetings may be held on an as needed basis. In addition, all programs operated by the Township or its committees are cancelled/suspended.
All Fire Department and Police Department services shall remain open and operation during this disaster. The Township administrative office will be operating at reduced staff level. Please delay all non-essential business with the Township, no in person meetings will occur during this time period of social distancing.
