PA PFAS Community Meeting

December 3, 2020
7-9 pm EST

For our December Community Meeting, we want to hear from you – your questions and concerns about the PA PFAS Multi-site Health Study. Dr. Resa M. Jones, Temple University, College of Public Health, will discuss the work Temple University is doing on PFAS exposure and potential links with cancer.

The agenda for our December meeting will also include:

  • We will review study inclusion and exclusion criteria in greater detail. Our study team will cover preliminary mapping of study boundaries, water service provider updates, and eligibility scenarios.
  • Our community partners at Buxmont Coalition will show a video message from a local family personally impacted by PFAS contaminated water.
  • We will discuss next steps in forming our Community Assistance Panel (CAP). Learn how you can assist the study team in recruiting volunteers. Bill Walker and Susan Wood will review upcoming CAP activities and goals for public meetings in 2020 and 2021.

Don’t miss this great opportunity to ask questions LIVE or send questions PRIOR to the meeting via email to papfashealth.rti.org or visit our study website.
