It has been brought to the attention of the Warrington Township Emergency Management office that some homeowners with sprinkler systems are having sprinkler systems shut off in their homes. Those homeowners who re-piped the sprinkler system, a permit is required. In addition, in the event a fire occurs if the sprinkler system has been shut off, it’s likely that the homeowners insurance policy will deny a claim.
