The Warrington Township Administrative Office is aware that Working America, an affiliate of the AFL-CIO, is canvassing residents in Warrington Township. We have investigated this, and we have been advised by legal counsel that this is a form of protected speech under the Bill of Rights, specifically, the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. We can do nothing to restrict or stop the canvassing.
