Warrington Township, long-ago designated as “The Gateway to Historic Bucks County,” is home to 25,000 residents and over 375 businesses and is not only a dynamic residential area, but a bustling commercial center, as well. Across its 13.8 square miles, the Warrington community is nestled amidst both agricultural and preserved lands, including 300 acres dedicated to parks and active recreation and nearly 700 acres of open space.
Leslie Frescatore started her career with Warrington Township in September 2017 as the first Human Resource Manager. Ms. Frescatore graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as a Minor/Concentration in Education. Ms. Frescatore graduated with Psychology Honors in Psi Chi. Ms. Frescatore has a very diverse background consisting of working with children, working in the banking industry and working in Human Resources. Prior to Warrington Township, Ms. Frescatore worked in Human Resources in both Retail and Security. Ms. Frescatore managed close to 1,000 employees in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey with a Security company. Ms. Frescatore is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the Montgomery County HR Consortium. Ms. Frescatore’ s ultimate goal is ensure compliance with following all local, state and federal laws as well as creating and implementing new policies and procedures. Ms. Frescatore strives for Warrington Township to be a great place to work, live and play and maintaining a positive work environment.
