| Any resident who has applied for the County School District rebate will automatically qualify for the township rebate. There is not an additional form to complete. Any new residents could use the attached form and send it to the township by Oct 31, 2021. They will be gathered and sent to the County. |

Notice – Business Privilege Tax
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court recently ruled that the Township’s Business Privilege Tax is unconstitutional. Therefore disregard the recent forms you may have received from Berkheimer Tax Administrator associated with this tax. Once the Township formally receives notice from the Court to issue refunds to those businesses that had previously paid the tax, the refunds will be issued. We do not know at this time when we will receive notice from the Court.
